28.08.26_ Opening Concert: Roda de Santo (PT) + DJ Carla Schack (BR/DK)

After the summer break, we’re throwing open the doors with a spectacular season opener as Roda de Santo takes over ALICE with hypnotic Afro-Brazilian percussion, trance-inducing chants, and electrifying energy. The Lisbon-based collective brings together hand-played percussion, vocals, and electronic textures in an intense live experience centered on community, ritual, and resistance.

And we’ve just added Carla Schack (Batukizer) to the lineup! The Brazilian-born DJ, curator, and cultural bridge-builder will warm up the dance floor with a rich and groovy set packed with Afro, Latin, and Brazilian rhythms. We can’t imagine a better way to kick off the autumn season.

A melhor parte da festa é aquele “susto bom” de ouvir uma música incrível e não fazer ideia de onde ela veio.

A Carla e o Rasmus, do @batukizer, são especialistas em criar esse momento.
