S P O T L I G H T | The second level of The Lakeshore Dream was designed to be more than just a bonus space—it’s a place to gather, unwind, and take in the view.

From the custom built-in media unit and warm wood detailing to the soft textures, natural light, and inviting lounge area, every element was thoughtfully chosen to create a space that feels both elevated and effortless.

Whether it’s movie nights with family, quiet mornings with a coffee, or a peaceful retreat after a day at the lake, this level was designed to be lived in.

Because great homes don’t just maximize square footage—they create spaces you’ll actually want to spend time in.

This lake house is a love letter to slow mornings, golden sunsets, and time spent by the water.

Rich charcoal grey polymer and omnia ioniq melamine set a moody, modern foundation, elevated by a stunning emerald green splash that feels as deep and moody as the lake itself.
