Soft density done right.

Extremely proud of the architectural design on this triplex. By staggering the layouts, we minimized shared wall contact between units, giving every resident true acoustic and spatial privacy.

Add in expansive windows on all sides and private outdoor spaces for every suite (basements included!), and you get multi-unit living done right. ☀️🌿
