In 2008 I picked up a camera for the first time. And I fell in love…

It blossomed into a passion to do 1 simple thing.

Create beautiful portraits and memories and to care for people along the way.

That led to Beau joining in 2013 to offer videography and we hit the pavement grinding hard to create a photo+video experience that made it possible for us to do this full time.

Over the years I’ve shot more portrait sessions than I can count. We’ve shot hundreds of weddings and worked with some of the most incredible vendors.

But over the last couple of years we’ve slowly scaled back from weddings. In fact 2026 has been the first year since 2009 that we intentionally didn’t book any weddings.

But we’ve been busy! Partnering with amazing companies and businesses to capture and create content for branding, social media, storytelling and more!

And I will still be doing family, seniors and other portrait sessions!

As our kids have grown up, and our life has taken new directions. So to has this business and we couldn’t be more grateful.

We’ve been building a new website and I’ll be honest it was weird and hard to pull down our wedding work. But we know this is where God is leading us for this season of life!

We wouldn’t be where we are without every single amazing client, couple, vendor friendship , business and company that has supported us, recommended us and cheered us along the way.

So here’s to change. Even though it can be hard and scary.

Hey Friends!

It’s about time we threw a post on here to say hi!

Life has been busy and blessed and so many wonderful things have been happening in 2026!

For anyone who doesn’t know, we are Carli + Beau. The husband and wife photo/video duo behind CB Creative.

We specialize in promotional, commercial and branding content for businesses big and small!

One of our favorite things about what we do is getting to share the stories of the people behind these amazing companies! Who they are, what they do and why they do it.

You’ll also catch us shooting commercials, as well as family and senior portraits.

It’s been 18 years since I (Carli) picked up a camera with a dream in mind and over 11 years since we took that dream and leapt full time into making it our careers.

Nicole + Ryan’s Sun Valley fall wedding was magical.

Thanks to my good friend @lizstephensphotography - we were able to snap a few updated family pictures!

Threw a backdrop up in the garage and made it happen!

Let me tell you, even as a photographer it was a circus trying to get everyone ready, and stand still for a photo

What an honor it was to capture Cody + McKayla’s wedding this past weekend!

This feels like family as we’ve had the chance to be part of a few other weddings for these wonderful people!

It was nothing short of incredible, from the sky lighting up right at sunset and came complete with a late night corn dog truck!
