I’ve been gifted with the opportunity to continue being a lululemon ambassador! I am so lucky to keep being able to helping my community get stronger with @lululemon

I wouldn’t be here without all of you lifting me up everyday! Savages find savages, warriors find warriors. We are a community of light. ❤️🙏🏾

Special thanks to @meeshbee22 for making my ambassadorship very special each and everyday.

We used our bodies and minds for a cause.

Thank you @lululemon for supporting us in our mission to run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours to help bring awareness to homelessness and raise funding for @thenightministry in Chicago. To @meeshbee22 who coordinated it and kept us smiling and healthy… we love you!

“Savage the body.” “Sharpen the mind” for a purpose that can help serve and show love for humanity. This is how I love. This is how I hope to make the world better.

Thank you @therobeychicago for donating a room for us to have our 30 min sleeps, our staging area to eat and stretch. Your support meant so much! Thank you @btschicago for supporting us with another room for our team of 5! We needed the space and are grateful. Pizza brought to us by @doughnatepizza whose mission is the same as mine, help others in need.

To everyone who came and ran some miles with us, we needed you, you helped keep our spirits high, we have so much gratitude. 🙏🏾

The 4x4x48 format is not mine, it was created by @davidgoggins the toughest man on the planet.

Each one help one and the world will be a better place ⚔️

I will miss @corepoweryoga. It’s been my home for 16 years as a student, and 11 years as an instructor.

And yet, I have always encouraged all of you to constantly seek out new challenges and climb up the mountain consistently even if you move slowly.

I am only doing what I have always told you do to. “Seek out the hard”, “seek knowledge”, “seek out who you are”, “always explore.”

I am honored and grateful to @studiothree for giving me the opportunity to grow, learn and explore. I hope I make you proud to have me on your team 🥹

9/2 we launch! NOW…🗣️ LETS GET AFTER ALL LIFE HAS TO OFFER US. SAVAGES FIND SAVAGES ⚔️⚔️⚔️

Part 2 of 4

We ran and you donated. Powered by lululemon we made a difference together. I am so proud of all of us, those who committed to run for 24 hours all 26.2 miles and everyone who joined us for a few to bring awareness to the unhoused. @thenightministry is just one of many organizations that we can all support.

Thank you @lululemon for believing in community.

🎥 @backseat_fpv_ for capturing this so beautifully

Day 1 of 92 winter arc challenge. Commit to a path until the NEW Year. My list: read 30 min a day, run 4x a week, get in body movement every day, prioritize sleep, eat meals without a phone, work on my sci fi / fantasy novels 2x a week, mindful eating.

By December 30th I hope to run 72 miles in 24 hours because I want to selfishly see if I can.

Do you have winter arc goals?

Part 1 of 4.

9 brave souls powered by @lululemon ran 1.1 miles every single hour for 24 hours to raise money for the unhoused. Our charity was @thenightministry in Chicago. Last year you donated just under 10,000 for our 4x4x48. This year you surpassed that number with reaching just over $10,000.00. I am grateful and thankful to each and every one of you for giving and understanding that it takes all of us to make the world better.

Tomorrow 9/18 we begin our run at 4pm starting at the entrance of the 606 on Damen Avenue every hour on the hour to raise money for @thenightministry. Helping others should be one of the foundations of humanity.

So grateful to @lululemon and @meeshbee22 @jubowker for gathering some of the team together at one time to pick up comfortable clothes to run in. We all make a difference together.

Come run with us!
