We ran and you donated. Powered by lululemon we made a difference together. I am so proud of all of us, those who committed to run for 24 hours all 26.2 miles and everyone who joined us for a few to bring awareness to the unhoused. @thenightministry is just one of many organizations that we can all support.

Thank you @lululemon for believing in community.

🎥 @backseat_fpv_ for capturing this so beautifully

When you think nighttime ultras are fun so you decide to do a relay with your besties at night on a track hosted by @trialsofmilesracing

Fun because I was with people I love. And yet I have confirmed I am not in fact a sprinter 😤😂 I’ll stick with Hyrox and ultramarathons 🤣

HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH. Together we make the world better by walking in joy and love.

I reflect on this month by thinking how my ancestors fought for freedom to love and live in happiness without giving up. POWERFUL. Endurance is the greatest threat to anything trying to tear you down. The ability to keep going is a mental discipline that gets stronger the more you exercise it.

Be love
Live love
Be the light.

Hyrox Phoenix in the books. This was my 11th Hyrox Race.

No I am not sponsored by @hyroxamerica or anyone else. I like to test myself and gladly put in all efforts to do so. I trained I bought tickets and flights, and chose suffering to always stay ready for unchosen suffering. The same way I did for my upcoming ultramarathon in March. To do: Stay resilient, and strong, read a lot, and keep your heart full of love.

Thank you to my partner @mjanikis for doing this with me, your 1st Hyrox and not your last 😤

WE DID THAT ⚔️

12 run, 48 miles completed over the course of 48 hours for 4 miles every 4 hours. @davidgoggins never said how insanely hard this was to do. 🤣

You have to eat, stretch, shower, hydrate. Get up before the run to stretch hydrate and don’t forget you need to wear clothes too.

We clocked a total of 3 hours of sleep in each 24 hour period for a total of 6 hours of sleep, sometimes we got 30 min, about once we got an hour, and sometimes none because nervous system was in fight or flight mode so we’d just do some NSDR podcast from Hubermanlab. At 32-36 miles everyone had some kind of crash out, deliriousness or emotional moment of release.

Each run took anywhere between 12 min a mile to 15 min mile. We aren’t runners, we lift 🤣 so doing this untrained was another level of insanity. Our very last run we had to walk due to a few having injuries.

We started this mission together strong, and we end our mission stronger and bonded. We did what 99% of people have never done in their lives, the 4x4x48 challenge, not for selfish reasons, but to raise money for those who need help.

Sundays @therobeychicago are enchanting. Winter Wellness powered by @lululemon mats and blocks are a beautiful gift to support my practice this month. I am so happy to start my New Year with health and like minded humans who want to move their bodies, while tuning in to their minds and hearts through yoga. Warriors find warriors… I say it everyday.

Let’s continue to move together. The last slide was how I’ve been needing to dress since the winter weather has kicked in. The high neck scuba half zip from #lululemon lets me not have to take a scarf around too. Y’all know how minimalist I am with clothing (meaning I don’t love having to choose to be fashionable by wearing a ton of things. It’s kinda annoying for me even though I adore looking at a scarves and layers on other people lol)

Stay authentic. Stay you.
