Words will never be able to show the capacity of how hard every aspect of my life has been without my baby sister, so I’m going to share hers instead because her words are far more important than mine.

My baby sister, my best friend, my sweet P, my entire world,

I’ll never understand how life can be so cruel. You were too perfect for this world. I am broken and will never be the same without you. I don’t know how to live life without you, and I don’t think I ever will. No words could ever come close to describe how incredible you are. No one is more creative, resilient, loving, sassy, loyal, beautiful, and smarter than you.

My memories with you are the greatest parts of my life. I will always look for you because YOU ARE the beauty in this world. You made an everlasting impact on every body’s life. You pushed through every single day and never complained, you have shown me what true bravery and perseverance is. I wish I could’ve protected you from every single pain in this world. You showed me to never take the simple things for granted and to remember how the little things in life are the greatest joys. All you need is air in your lungs and people you love surrounding you. You always encouraged me to experience anything and everything. I will take your lessons and love with me through all that I do.

I promise to dedicate my life to you and making a difference for you. You are my reason for existence and I wish I could hold you in my arms forever.
