i’m so in love with @visitconejovalley and all there is to do in this incredible community. so many amazing businesses that truly give their heart and soul.

when i needed to plan a team building activity, there was no question, @lumberandlinen was the answer.

there was something pretty special about taking a group of humans i’ve become so passionate (sparked by @peytontrillingfoundation) into her home to be surrounded by her family, take a class from her best friend (thank you mel!) and feel the most beautiful energy.

from water coloring to journal making to sourdough classes and mahjong, @lumberandlinen is a beacon of connectivity, community and love. highly highly highly recommend for your small group needs as there’s truly nothing like it.

to my trillings - thank you for making this the most magical, per usual.

to my flag flags - go ball out. leave it on the field. have a blast. and water color your way through worlds. we are all cheering you on❤️🤍💙

ps - the @peytontrillingfoundation playlists by pey are my absolute favorite. find them on spotify under “peytontrill” every part of you pey is around. 🪽

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT 🤍🎓
with the beautiful @caroline_trilling

“As my college experience comes to an end, reflecting on my time in Alpha Phi has shown me it has been more than I ever could have asked for. Everything that has come from this chapter has been such a blessing in my life, including the people I’ve met, the memories I’ve made, and all of the experiences I’ve had. The friendships I’ve built through this chapter are ones I know will be a part of my life forever. My roommates Kiana, Ava Bella, and Emily have been my safe place, being with them feels like home, no matter where we are. They have stood by me through everything, through both my best and hardest moments and I couldn’t have asked for better best friends in my life. This semester, I wasn’t planning on coming back to school because of a personal devastating loss, the loss of the person closest to me, but I was constantly reminded of the incredible support system I have here which led to my decision to finish it out and graduate. Alpha Phi and so many of the people in it have reassured me how much love I feel here at Chapman.”

“After graduation, I plan to become a Certified Child Life Specialist. My dream is to work in a children’s hospital and share the impact of art therapy inspired by my little sister, who showed me what art therapy is. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has made my college experience so hard to say goodbye to, I will cherish these relationships and memories always and forever!”

Thank you for sharing a little bit about what Alpha Phi has meant to you❤️ We miss you already!

i start and end each day looking at a photo of you inside my medicine cabinet. the loss of you has broken a part of me yet lit a fire inspired your infectious spirit and being thankful for every day. you understood our gift of time here.

your cancer was one in a million but you’re forever one of a kind.

you are a reminder of love, strength, creativity, being selfless, music, resilience, laughter and so much more. thank you for reminding us to live every day to the fullest and chase the sunsets. a small note to you and your family i love so much🌻
