Some work days are in the office, some are in a bakery in NYC. 🍫🥥 Michelle felt like family before we ever met her, so finally visiting The Maccs headquarters meant a lot. She showed us her world. We saw how every Macc is carefully made and dipped in Belgian chocolate, hung the sign, made content and laughed all day. Her face lit up every time she talked about what she makes and why. Being in the room changes everything. Thank you for having us, @themaccs. 💕 #behindthescenes #clientlove #smallbusiness #contentcreation #agencylife by @carolinecastille
I don’t think I can say this enough It’s this one thing over the past couple of years that I’ve really tapped into Takes 30 seconds You can do it anytime during the day Eating lunch… On the toilet… Before bed…. In front of others… In quiet… I grew up with it but never really knew of the great power it had. But man does it help me become a better person… better wife… better business leader. I used to be scared of it. Saying prayer at a business lunch. Praying on company wide meetings. I was scared that someone may get offended… or I may be looked at differently… Until I opened up one day… At a lunch meeting…. And asked if we could pray. That business partner looked at me with such happiness and glimmer. He was so glad I asked. I couldn’t believe it! Also at the same time I wondered why I was embarrassed all those years… I finally did it. And at an event I tried to say the blessing with Mike quietly… that same business partner looked at me and said… aren’t you saving our souls too? It was that moment I knew I God was telling me consistently… it’s ok to pray and invite other to pray in whatever setting. And man has it been amazing incorporating that in life. No matter what religion, background, or place in the world… it’s brought people together. Prayer is what the world needs most. It spreads happiness, hope, and good energy… at the bare minimum! So that’s my superpower. Prayer. 🤍 by @carolinecastille
If you build it, they will film 🎥⛳ Content, connections, and new partners. That’s what we came for, and the PGA Show delivered. Creators made content with us, customers shared their stories, and we met people we can’t wait to build with. Our team crushed it, and we’d do it 100 times over 🤍 Building a brand takes more and more swings, and this one was so worth it. #PGAShow #Flightpath #golf #tradeshow #contentcreation by @carolinecastille
“I just got off the phone with an investor.” Caroline Castille just stepped out of a DealCon session and straight into a live deal call. She is part of our Advisory Board and working an acquisition from the hallway: an accessories brand, $2 million top line, asking 2X EBITDA. Her checklist: Shopify Capital clean, Amazon account solid, a couple of other things. If it looks good, she said they will do the deal. That is what the Advisory Board does. by @carolinecastille
We didn’t set out to buy a golf tee company. We were marketers. We spent our days building growth systems for other people’s brands. Email, paid ads, influencers, content. Then Flightpath came along. A great product with a patent, real testing behind it, and golfers who loved it. What it needed was a growth engine. So instead of pitching our services, we did something different. We bought it. ⛳ That decision changed how we think about everything. When you own the brand, you stop guessing. You see every number. You feel every win and every bad month. And you learn fast what actually moves revenue. We took everything we knew about marketing and pointed it at one brand we were all in on. Flightpath grew into partnerships, events, and a brand people recognize on the course. Somewhere along the way, Mike and I looked at each other and realized something. The playbook works. And it doesn’t only work for golf. There are great founders out there sitting on great products who just need the right engine behind them. That’s why we were at DealCon in Austin this week. 🤠 Meeting operators, investors, and founders who believe the same thing we do. That growth doesn’t always come from starting something new. Sometimes it comes from finding something good and helping it become what it was meant to be. We don’t bet. We build. #DealCon #Acquisitions #EcommerceGrowth by @carolinecastille

"I know a lot about hair. That's what I know." 💇‍♂️ Dr. Carlos is the expert in his field. Our job is to take everything in his head and turn it into content people actually understand. In his words: "I've been spewing out all of my thoughts throughout the course of the day… and Caroline and her amazing company are able to edit that into thoughts people actually understand." That's the job. You bring the expertise, we bring it to market. 🎬 Thank you for trusting us, Dr. Carlos 🤍 #clientlove #contentcreation #videomarketing #marketingagency #nycbusiness #behindthescenes #founderstory #brandbuilding by @carolinecastille
Caroline Castille walked into a room expecting to talk about growth. She walked out thinking about the world in an entirely different way. Not because someone handed her a playbook. Because she was surrounded by founders who had already made the shift from chasing clients to acquiring companies. That kind of room does not just add to what you know. It changes what you believe is possible. Here is the insight that stopped her cold. Acquiring a new client takes time, budget, and repetition. You win one customer. Acquiring a business gives you the customers, the team, the infrastructure, the revenue, and the market position in a single move. The math is not close. Caroline said it herself: it is actually probably easier to acquire other businesses than to just acquire new clients. That is not a contrarian take. That is what founders discover when they finally get around people who have already done it. The rooms you choose to be in are a decision about who you are becoming. Not just what you know. Masterminds, summits, peer groups operating at the level above yours, these are not expenses. They are the fastest way to collapse the timeline between where you are and where you want to be. Most entrepreneurs spend years figuring out what one conversation in the right room would have told them on day one. The environment shapes the entrepreneur. #MergersAndAcquisitions #BusinessAcquisition #Entrepreneurship by @carolinecastille
Founders, you don't have to be the face of every video. 🙅‍♀️📱 The Maccs founder is busy doing what she does best: making incredible coconut + chocolate truffles and growing her brand. 🍫🥥 Meanwhile, we run her Trybe account behind the scenes. We recruit the creators and manage the program, so the content just comes to her. 🙌 In 10 weeks: 🎥 170 commission-only creators 📱 182 videos delivered 📈 Daily sales up 20% since launch That's more content than most brands know what to do with. ✨ You run the business. We run your Trybe. Your creator army makes the content. 💪 Want to start building your creator army?
