Sheer Elite '24 Recap 💗

I'm very grateful for this wonderful experience in Mexico! Thanks to @stepspanama and all of my teachers who I have worked with throughout the years to get where I am today. Thank you to my mother @carmengdep who has always given me her endless support. I thank all of the judges for their wonderful classes that I enjoyed so much and I was able to learn and grow as a dancer. I can't believe this is my last competition, but I'm grateful to have ended my competition season with the self realization that all of the hard work that I have made during the years has been worth it. I will continue to practice and work on things that can be better, but I'm proud of what I have been able to achieve.

Complexions Contemporary Ballet Summer Intensive 2023 at USC Kaufman

"Most dancer's are seen but not felt"
Thank you @complexions_academy for letting me be felt for these past two weeks at @usckaufman 🤍

I'm incredibly grateful for being able to be a part of this wonderful intensive, for opening my mind to trying new things, for meeting so many people in this short period of time, and for being able to perform two wonderful pieces at the end of these two weeks.

Thank you so much @desmondrich7 for providing us with so much knowledge and for giving future dancers the chance to express themselves on stage while learning many valuable lessons. As you have told us "Nothing to prove, and everything to share"

I also wanted to thank @tjstickit for this wonderful quote he said from an excerpt from the former director of Juilliard "The simple gesture that begins the daily class that you have repeated a thousand times must again contain the fresh elloquence that only total commitment can bring". Thank you for making these classes so special with all the passion that you have for this company, and for this art form. I'm very grateful for everything you taught us 🙌🏼

Thank you to every single teacher who made this intensive so special, I have learned so much from every single one of you in these two weeks. Until next time 🤍 taken in USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance by @caropalomeras

Spring Dance Concert 2026 @utampadance

A pleasure being part of liv's last piece. It was about the psychology of dreams and it was interesting to explore that through movement. So happy to have been part of this process. ☁️💙
