It's a real privilege to be a cheese maker, especially in a country like India!!! There are so many benefits of Homemade Cheese! Here are a few! 1️⃣ It's easy to make cheese at home. It's not daunting as you might think, you just need to indulge in it once! 2️⃣ It's not as technical as making bread, it can be quite forgiving when you make some mistakes in the process. 3️⃣ It's such a cost-effective solution to the store-bought artisan or natural Cheese here in India! Relying completely on good quality natural store-bought cheese can be expensive! 4️⃣ Sometimes it's even difficult to get good quality store-bought cheese, especially fresh cheeses like mascarpone, cream cheese, sour cream, and goat's cheese, without the use of preservatives. As these cheeses have a low shelf life. But when you can make it on your own, there is no worry!5️⃣ When making cheese at home, you have complete control over the ingredients used, allowing you to choose high-quality, fresh, and potentially organic ingredients.6️⃣ Homemade cheese also gives you the ability to customize the flavor, and you can add seasonings of your choice. 7️⃣ You can have abundant cheese sitting in your home kitchen to experiment with in cooking, throw parties, and share with friends and family. There is always excess than scarcity. 8️⃣ I am a complete foodie, and I love to put a gourmet meal on my plate with homemade cheese, Gourmet meals have turned effortless9️⃣ The process of making cheese at home can be a fun and rewarding experience. The satisfaction of creating a delicious product from scratch is unmatched.Want to learn healthy cheese-making in the comfort of your home?DM me ‘Cheese’ now!Follow @casadelcheese for more..#lovecheese#welovecheese#finecheese#ilovecheese#thecheesiest#welovecheese#cheeseplate#cheeseamaking#naturalcheesemaking#traditionalcheesemaking#indiancheese#cheeseproduction#localcheese#cheeseverywhere#homemadeparmesan#cheeseontoast#cheesepastry#cheesecake#cakecheeseleleh#mumbaifoodicious#cheeseindia#indianfoodblog#cheesemumbai#learncheesemumbai#casadelcheese by @casadelcheese

Homemade Cheese can be so exciting! Holding the cheese in your hands, feeling the texture... Everytime I experience this, I feel so satisfied and so accomplished. Its an art that was well worth learning and mastering. But this art is not unique to me. Thousands of people across the Globe have grown up seeing this art, learning it... enjoying it... Cheese making has been part of their culture for centuries. And so its possible for you to learn and make Cheese as well! Through my classes, Im trying to simplify this process as much as possible, so that you dont need to go through all the hurdles and obstacles that I went through while adopting the recipes here, to suit our climate, our palette and milk, our ingredients... tools everything. And I have tried to come up with recipes that you can make using everyday ingredients! To know more about how you can make your own cheese in your own home kitchen, check my bio link! #cheeseclass #cheeseclasses #cheeseworkshops #cheeseworkshop #onlineworkshops #cheesemakingclass #cheesemakingclasses #Onlineclasses #learncheesemaking #learncheesemakingindia #cheesemaking #freshcheese #hardcheese #goudacheese #cheeselearner #indiablog #indianblogger #cheeseblog #cheeseblogger #indianfoodie #indianchef #cheeselife #cheesemakingathome #makeyourowncheese #cheeseexperiments #cheesemaker #casadelcheese #cheesewheel #learncheeseindia #learncheesemumbaiYour complete deep dive into the world of Gourmet Cheese in India! by @casadelcheese

How this peaceful protest turned into a black day for justice, when police suddenly began throwing tear gas bombs and pataka bombs. There was no escape and they had closed all the paths. I could not shoot more than this... suddenly it felt like the police were terrorists.. and we had to find our way through their terrorism.. and protect ourselves and our belongings... and run from their charge. The group I was with, suddenly split up... as each one of us had to be safe. They charged at everyone... and kept at it in the most brutal way. As there seemed to be no escape. I managed to escape the lathi charge, but My friend got badly struck by it and wounded both her feet. She had to rush to the hospital and take tetanus injection. It was a black day in the history of Independent India, when students were been treated so ruthlessly for no fault of theirs. The Indian Mainstream Media today is such a disgrace. Everyone single of them is lying about the protest and how police were the victims instead of all us who were silently protesting, just like Gandhi. The Media is lying, the politicians sitting at the top are lying. Is there anyone left to will hear our voice? If you know me, you would know that I would never lie about all this. This is my first hand account. It got really scary! The IT Cell of our country will surely try to remove my post illegally (for sharing this truth with you all). As legally they dont have a right to do it, just for voicing my opinion. Or perhaps they might even delete my account. Who knows... but the time has for each of us to stand up against suppression and injustice. To stand up against a government whose only agenda, is to use their power for their own purpose. ### To protest is every Indians constitutional right. And through several protests over several years, our country was able to bring about so many reforms. Our fore fathers have been protesting for us... fasting for us... We certainly cannot go back and reciprocate what they did for us. We can only pass it on the next generation. Jai Hind 🇮🇳🫡 by @casadelcheese

This is what I made for Diwali!! the most refreshing Beetroot, Sweet lime, and pomegranate salad with Homemade Fresh Quark Cheese!!This salad was inspired by the beetroot orange and quinoa salad served at @cafetaarush in IC colony! If you are lazy to make this you can go have this yummy salad there! Note:- To cook fox millet, millet to water ratio used is 1:4 - If you don't have fox millet, you could use bulgur wheat/dalia / broken wheat or you can make it without that as well. - If you don't have flax seed oil, feel free to use any oil- If you don't have pumpkin seeds, feel free to use any seeds of your choice. But make sure to roast them before using and add towards the end before serving. - you can use any chopped nuts here!!
