I used to think I needed more followers.
More reach. More visibility. More… everything.

Then I became a mom — and time hit different.
Suddenly, I didn’t have hours to “market research” on the next viral Instagram hack haha.
I had 2 hours (at best) during nap time, and I had to make them count.

So I stopped chasing new followers and started nurturing the ones already here.
Because here’s the thing — if you have 200 followers and half of them book with you at $150 a service, that’s $15,000.
If they book twice? That’s $30,000.

The problem isn’t that you need more people.
It’s that you’re not fully serving the ones already paying attention.

Stop overcomplicating Instagram.
You don’t need a viral reel. You need connection, clarity, and follow-through.

What I played in class this week 🎧

I get asked about my playlists all the time, (which if you know me, you know I take it as a HUGE compliment) and honestly, music is such a huge part of how I build a class.

It sets the mood, sets the vibe, makes a transition hit just right, and somehow convinces you that yes, you absolutely CAN hold it for 4 more seconds.

A good playlist makes everything better. And maybe makes the shaking slightly more fun??? (Maybeeee 😏)

A few marketing truths that might save you a lot of overthinking:

The businesses growing online right now usually aren’t the “perfect” ones. They’re the ones willing to stay visible, stay human, and keep showing up even when the algorithm feels weird, the content feels awkward, or the post isn’t groundbreaking.
