What a weekend with Jackson and Natalie! While their parents vacation, Adrienne and I hosted them to a weekend of Austin, TX fun! Bowling, Barton Springs, and Cow Cuddling were lots of fun! I especially enjoyed getting to take Jackson to Emo’s to see Buckethead! As a young guitar player, I knew he would 🤯!!! Especially cool that the crew and the security team at Emo’s let us watch from in front of the barricade. I lucked out big time with my 11 year old VIP! @ajavadi83 and I love being their Aunt and Uncle. We can’t wait till their next visit! taken in Austin, Texas by @caseyrchampagne

Thank you to @noainski for the wonderful tribute. @10patx and @curtis10p provided me with the space to develop as a teacher and coach. It has become one of the great joys in my life. taken in 10th Planet Austin by @caseyrchampagne

@10patx has been a pretty big part of my life for the past decade. Learning jiu jitsu got me in the door, but community is what kept me coming back. I wasn’t the only one. Last night, I received my blackbelt alongside several special individuals who, like me, are in it for the long haul. Many who went from white to black all at this gym.

On the mats I’ve found more out about myself than I ever could have imagined I would. Being able to choke people is just a bonus. Thank you @eddiebravo10p & @curtis10p for creating this space. Thank you to @thebrianwilliamson for the friendship and guidance. And to all of my @10poakhill people, thank you for 2 of the best years of my life. You are all so very special to me. 🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢🐢 by @caseyrchampagne

Last night was my last session with @stronggrooves . He’s moving on to Asheville, NC for new adventures. We started working together 5 years ago as I was recovering from my first major knee surgery. Thomas has been a great trainer for me. We’ve been able to do a great job of blending targeted, evidenced-based programming with intuitiveness and sensitivity to the demands of both my professional life and my life on the mats. I’ve managed to stay in love with fitness throughout the process as a result. Thank you, Thomas. You will be missed! taken in Castle Hill Fitness by @caseyrchampagne
