This trip was essentially perpetual walking but my goodness what an amazing experience. We spent week 2 hiking along Ausangate, which is one of Peru’s sacred peaks and stands at 20,945 ft. Incredibly dynamic landscape.. huge mountain passes, red valleys, rainbow mountain, turquoise lakes, etc. We slept above 15,500 all week. The locals that supported and hiked with us live in a nearby village at 14,200 ft and most wore sandals the entire time. Their primary revenue is alpaca/llama fur… And they’re everywhere!! Loved it.. Back to reality 🤘 @morawayadventures by @caseyroseut

Week 1 ✔️ My little mind is blown down here in Peru. Huge peaks all over.. trails and towns are super remote.. and the Inca’s built these villages way up in the Andes 700 years ago. Cool week blending history and an unreal thru hike to Choquequirao with the @morawayadventures team. Topped off with a quick Machupicchu stop. Headed to the high country next week 😎 by @caseyroseut

Canada part 2🇨🇦

Flew into the lodge on a Saturday and had 7 epic days of touring. High alpine above and playful pow down below. Surrounded by amazing company… couldn’t have dreamt it up any better. 33k vert on the week!

Canada part 1 🇨🇦

Incredibly stoked and grateful to ski down this beautiful aesthetic beast. Some serious geological wizardry. The stars aligned and guide of the year @renauddufays gave us the green light to go for it. Got the crew up and down.. total stair master. One of the coolest days I’ve ever had in the mountains!!🤘

One of the best times of year hanging @altaskiarea with old friends and the fam over the holidays!! This one is from a killer fam tour for my sweet mother’s bday. Maybe next year it won’t rain to the top on Christmas Eve. Always fun tho!! by @caseyroseut

Bigfoot 200 Recap🤘
 👉56 hours, 19 minutes / 6th place overall
👉200 miles. 44,000 ft of vert. (Course ran a little short tho)
👉About 75 minutes of total sleep (one hour nap + three 5-min dirt naps)
 Goal was sub 60 hours and to run the flats and downs late in the race. And the icing on the cake goal was to beat @davidgoggins .. got him by just under 10 hours :)

But for real a truly unbelievable course through Southern Washington and the Mount Saint Helens blast zone. Probably my favorite course ever. Rugged, remote, killer views, huge forests.. just only if it was a little cooler out. Hard to put into words. Sucker pushed me to the limits.. only spent a few hours on day 2 plotting my DNF until the medic sent me to bed for an hour. Woke up fully reborn it was amazing. Not easy being in shambles at the bottom of a 17 mile, 7,300 vert section mid afternoon lol. Primarily fuelled by breakfast burritos, quesadillas, and cheeseburgers. And the true hero here is @sroseut who I think slept less than me and spent an ungodly amount of time driving to remote aid stations and coordinating things on the back end. She is indeed a super mom. 🫶

Incredibly grateful for @pdharrington_ , Jackson, @maddiecurran12 , @garretroseut and Kaitlyn for the pacing and support. Dylan did 50 miles and Kaitlyn did 65.. and my dad and Jackson but crushed night sections 🙏🙏 #Bigfoot200 @destinationtrailraces by @caseyroseut
