Hey that’s me talking to @kellyclarkson on the @kellyclarksonshow about girls baseball, repping @nygirlsbaseball with @sabxrobinson and Apple! It was a wild experience - I had my own green room (complete with snacks), a hair/makeup/wardrobe team, and Kelly is just as sweet and funny as she seems. I haven’t posted in almost a year but today seemed to be a monumentous enough occasion to document - The Last First Day of School. In the blink of an eye, my babies are 17 and starting senior year. A year from now, I’ll be an empty nester. For now, please enjoy this retrospective of Sam and Percy’s first days of school from Pre-K through 12th (missing 8th because of COVID, and 10th and 11th because I fell down on the job). I especially love seeing how their personalities shine through in their clothes. From Kindergarten forward, they always picked their own first day outfits. These kids are pure joy and make this earth a brighter, happier, more fun, more compassionate, and more colorful place to be.
