Another unforgettable weekend in the 6IX at the Toronto Exposure Cup 🇨🇦🏒🔥

Some of the best talent from across North America all under one roof competing at the highest level all weekend long. Grateful to be able to capture these moments!

Pro Tryout ✅

No matter what happens next, I can proudly say I left everything on the field. Being part of this historic moment was an incredible experience and sharing it with my parents, who’ve supported my love for baseball since t-ball, made it even more special. by @cassiefroio

14 hours of coaching yesterday, a long season behind us, and I am absolutely EXHAUSTED. 😅 But somehow, I already miss it.

What a whirlwind of a season. So many ups and downs, challenges, and unforgettable memories. Through it all, this team and this program mean absolutely everything to me. 🖤💚

This year was extra special because I had the opportunity to coach every age group instead of just one. Watching these girls grow and getting to know them all has meant more than they know.

These girls came and SLAYED!! 🔥🏆

I am so incredibly proud of my 12U girls! They had a little setback in game two, but came back stronger than ever and absolutely showed up when it mattered most!

I love these girls, their energy, their personalities, and everything they bring to this team. Getting to be in their corner, cheer them on, and watch them succeed is one of the best feelings. They make me proud every single time they step on that field, but this one was extra special.

Happy National Coaches Day ⚾️💚

I’m not a perfect coach. I’m still learning, growing, and trying every day to be better for my players. I’m incredibly grateful for all the coaches who have shaped me along the way, from the ones who coached me growing up to those who still coach and mentor me today.

There’s so much that goes into coaching that people never see, especially in girls baseball. Countless hours behind the scenes building teams, creating opportunities, and making sure these girls have a place to play the game they love. These girls mean more to me than they probably realize, and they make all of those hours worth it.

Baseball is a game of inches, and there’s always something to learn, something to improve, and another reason to keep coming back.

At the end of the day, it all comes back to your why. And for me it’s the love of the game. ⚾️❤️

Looking back on weekends like this brings that all back. I’m so grateful for simply having the opportunity to take the field, play this game, and make memories with some pretty special people.

Grateful I got to trade in my Fusion green this weekend for the pins. Don’t worry Fusion! You’ll always be my #1 💚, but I’m incredibly thankful for another group that continues to welcome me with open arms and give me the opportunity to keep playing the game I love.

Feeling extra grateful for this team and a weekend I didn’t realize how much I needed. 🇨🇦⚾️💚

It had been almost two years since I got to play a full weekend with my Fusion family, and I sure missed this. Living so far away means I only get to see them a couple times a year, but the time apart never seems to matter. We always pick up right where we left off.

Some of my best friends came into my life because of Fusion, and being with them just feels like home. So lucky to have people who make me feel so loved, included and like I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. 💚

Proud of the way this group battled all weekend. 💚⚾️

Even when we went down early, they never counted themselves out. They kept fighting, kept believing, and battled all the way down to the very last out.

There’s so much potential in this group, and we’re only getting started. Keep putting in the work, keep growing, and the sky is the limit. 💪💚

One of our favorite moments of the weekend actually came before the games even got started exchanging shirts with @stxguerreros . At the end of the day, we’re all working toward the same goal: supporting one another, growing girls baseball, and creating more opportunities for girls to play this game. 🤝⚾️💚 by @cassiefroio

To the people who stood by me when being the only girl wasn’t easy, thank you. There were moments when it would have been easier to walk away, but you never let me. You kept encouraging me, believed in me, and made sure I could keep playing the game I loved.

I’m forever grateful for everything you sacrificed and every battle you fought so I could have those opportunities. The fact that you’re still in the stands supporting me today means more than you’ll ever know.

To my players: you may not fully understand it now, but one day you will. Be grateful for the countless sacrifices your parents make and the battles they fight behind the scenes to help you chase your dreams. Those moments don’t happen by accident, they happen because someone believed in you enough to make them possible. 💚⚾ by @cassiefroio
