C’est parti, Green Beans! 💚

From sledding down the hill on cardboard, to rain delays, to back to back triples, and so much singing, laughing, dancing and hooting and hollering I would say the weekend was a success!

Going undefeated for the weekend was just an added bonus for the Green Beans.

These girls 96 showed up ready to play and balled out in Williamsport.

LOVE TO SEE TEAMS LIKE THE @redsox CONTINUE TO SUPPORT GIRLS IN BASEBALL 🤝
📷 @redsoxfoundation
•
Last weekend, @slaterettesgirlsbaseball teamed up with the @redsoxfoundation and @playball to host a free girls’ baseball clinic for nearly 50 girls from all over New England. This is just weeks after the @redsox hosted signed players from the @wpbl_official during the inaugural two-day Spring Training in Fort Myers.
•
During the course of the morning, these 50 players had the chance to learn from members of the USA Baseball Women’s National team, local legends, former high school baseball players, and more — and more importantly, got the chance to see a future for themselves in baseball.
•
Huge ups to the @redsoxfoundation and the whole organization for continuing to champion girls in baseball — and huge congrats to @slaterettesgirlsbaseball for continuing their tradition of over 50 years of girls’ baseball.
