Taylor’s been a color muse for me for about 4/5 years and what I love the most about her color is we gradually built a design that allows her to be 3-4 levels lighter than her natural with a relatively undetectable grow out. Literally lightness designed to disappear into the natural hair.

Across every stop our facilitators, partners, and students have brought the same energy into the room with curiosity, excitement, generosity, and a commitment to getting better at their craft.

Hands on learning will always be at the center of what we do. Education designed to build confidence, strengthen artistry, and give stylists techniques they can actually take back behind the chair and turn into opportunity.

The @moroccanoil @moroccanoilpro @moroccanoileu team blew me away with @eurovision this year. What an honor to witness and be a part of it ❤️ it was amazing to see so many beautiful people from all over the world come together, support, and celebrate in this way.

Congratulations to all the artists and leaders who worked in the bubble— also to the events + marketing + and PR team who absolutely crushed every aesthetic detail within this event- and soooooo much love to my team @antonioccalero @richi_grisillo @hair_by_oana @garethwilliamshair for an amazing inspiring and supportive week together ❤️

I never get enough pictures- but meeting and spending time with so many incredible people here has truly reignited my love for our industry and reminded me of the impact we can make together. Officially @gallup @cliftonstrengths Certified 🎓📈

This certification represents more than a title. It’s a deeper commitment to understanding how people perform, lead, and grow at their best.

I’ve always believed talent is only the starting point. The real work is learning how to intentionally develop it in ourselves and in the people we lead. Now I get to bring a data-backed lens into that work.

What excites me most is what this unlocks for the salon community. Building and leading a salon is complex, and access to this level of development (often reserved for corporate environments) is something I believe salon owners truly need and deserve.

This is exactly the type of work we’re bringing into business education at the @moroccanoilpro NYC Academy. A space designed to support you not just as a stylist, but as a leader and business owner.
