Wait…put them back on😭😂💕 by @casssmartin

It’s not just sitting there pulling a handle😂 There’s a lot of technique involved, & I love feeling how much of my body is working with every stroke.

I’ve been using the @nordictrack RW900 with @ifit , and I love that the guided workouts are right on the screen. It makes it so easy to hop on, follow along, and really get into the rhythm of the stroke.

It’s a great piece of equipment and a workout I’m excited to keep coming back to. 💕

More life changing fitness tips coming soon🫶🏼 by @casssmartin

I should’ve known better🤦‍♀️ by @casssmartin

I’ll go first🩷 One of the biggest mistakes I made in the gym was thinking more was always better😣

More days training, more weight, more protein…

I thought training 7 days a week was what it took to stay in shape, & I would always feel guilty taking a day off😩

But now I care wayyy more about recovery, my sleep, my nutrition, & longevity✨

It’s funny how much your idea of “being fit” changes as you get older😇

What about you…what’s one fitness mistake you learned the hard way?💕 by @casssmartin
