Hahaha! A serious throwback here that I found as I am looking at transferring old 90s/00s shows I was on from video to digital.if anyone has any recommendations for a good company please let me know 👍😍
This was one of my favourite guest appearances after being in 2003 I'm A Celeb. I had no idea what was going on as I'd been living in Los Angeles for 2 years signed to Universal music and had missed all these great new alternative comedy shows so trust me the surprise was very real here 🙈😳🤷‍♀️😂🐻🧸🌭 #00stvshow #coolbritannia #imacelebritygetmeoutofhere #realitystar #britishtvshows #boselecta #leighfrancis #channelfour #ageless #celebrity #throwback #midlifewomen #40andfabulous #britpop90s by @catalinaguirado

Wow — 30 years since this TV show was my world every Friday!

I used to get the Tube to the studio, looking far from glamorous, and stumble in for the 9am first rehearsal. Then I’d sit in the café for a few hours before wardrobe and makeup for the dress rehearsal, and finally the show at 6:00pm (we had a delay in case of accidents — think Foo Fighters saying “F**k!” 😅😂🙈).

The bar served real pints, and we’d all hang out afterwards — then head to the pub across the road or the band house before I’d end up at The Met Bar or Browns, or go see a band that had been on the show that night.

I think the producers and Chris didn’t realise — and were totally confused — how I already knew so many of the artists, like Robbie. I’d been modelling and out on the London club scene since I was 16, so I was already a familiar face in London nightlife!

I savoured every second and learnt so much watching Chris, who knew every light, camera angle, and script adjustment needed during rehearsals. He’d come straight in from his radio show and expected everything to be right — and I totally got it. Maybe it’s an Aries thing ♈️ 😉

I love that, 30 years later, it’s the right time to launch the new version — TFI Unplugged — a mix of nostalgia and great new talent ♥️🥂 But for me, and everyone who worked on that show, there will never be anything quite like that experience 🙌🍾🥂

Here's a fun 90s throwback 🙌🏻 I was so excited to be featured on the cover of SKY magazine in 1997 ( not to be confused with the USTv Chanel magazine) as one of the coolest/hottest girls on TV issue 🙌🏻😎 (my TFI FRIDAY with Chris Evans days). I'd been collecting it since the first issue with Nick Kamen and Charlotte Lewis on the cover I think in 1990? . It was one of THE coolest magazines in the UK and the ultimate guide to all things Cool Britannia and media during the 90s! We (Keely, Davinia, Sarah and myself) posed in GUCCI swimsuits slathered in 8 hour cream with smudgy eye makeup and beautifully shot by @jbookallil 😎 Still one of my favourite shoots and cover. Apparently someone's selling an original magazine for £120 online😳 which beats Cameron Diaz cover at £80 😂😂 #throwback #throwbackthursday #90s #90smagazine #skymagazine #skymagazineuk #coolbritannia #britpop90s #90smodels #gucci #90sgucci #tomfordgucci #90stvshows #vintage #midlifewomen #midlifeinfluencers #midlifefashion by @catalinaguirado

Wow! it’s 30 years since I first stepped out as The “Gorgeous Girl” for the Ugly Bloke sketch on TFI Friday back in 1996 😱
30 years - feels like 20 🤔😝
The show that changed my life over night- you can hear me talking about the 90s and being a London It Girl - on two super cool podcasts I did a few weeks ago in London @addictiontomore for the Juice on Mr Evans and @catsandothercelebrities for how hard it was to get away from that stereo type.

A flashback I'm still proud of ✨

Last year in London, at the Karma Sanctum Soho hotel — an immersive art & sound bath.

I created a 20-minute immersive digital art piece from my father's original paintings (@guiradoartestate), with music written to it by @arjunbruggeman and @mattcheadlemusic — and live angelic healing vocals from @virtualsoundhealer washing over the room.

Guests lay back and let the art move around them, then sat together and coloured. Sound, image, stillness.

It's part of my evolution of my father's art under Guirado Design Studio — his work, living and breathing in new forms.

Home. 🌴

London was intense. I achieved so much — and it completely fried my nervous system.

So now it's time to practise what I teach. A ride on my horse Farah to clear my head, then tonight I'm teaching creative wellness coaching at The Village here in LA, with a gentle catch-up on emails and consulting work in between.

And honestly? The practice started before I'd even landed. I gave up my window seat on the flight home and spent 11 hours sandwiched like a sardine between a very large man and another passenger — knowing I wasn't getting to the loo until LAX 😅

Old me would have freaked out. Instead: slow the breath, soften, stay present. The same techniques I teach in my Art of Zen sessions, at 38,000 feet.

Because that's the thing — these tools aren't for the calm days. They're for the sardine days. 🌀

Thank you Juliet Conway and the Daily Mirror for the coverage 🖤

From iconic music video to collectible art… Nick Egan’s Live Forever artwork revisits the imagery of the Oasis video he directed, paying tribute to legendary artists whose influence lives on.

Part of our show at Karma Sanctum Soho, the limited-edition print is available through my shop, The Guirado Collection.
