Over the past three years, I have had the honor of partnering with an extraordinary group of people to tell the story of Obama’s presidency through short films within the Obama Presidential Center Museum.

I am deeply grateful and proud to have been a part of this. The museum and entire campus are a testament to the indomitable human spirit. I can’t wait for everyone to experience it. by @cath_hoffman

Since Fall 2022, our team has had the honor of partnering with the Obama Presidential Center and other collaborators to develop and produce several films in the museum, shape the look of original interviews, and coordinate productions across the country.

We're proud to be one of only two Chicago-based production companies that contributed to this historic project. After years of work, it’s been incredibly rewarding to see early visitors experience these stories firsthand, and we can’t wait for the world to take it all in.

More behind-the-scenes reflections to come.

We did it!!

Our team at Digifé just won its first @chi_natas Chicago/Midwest Emmy® Award for our series “You Don’t Know CHI.”
Outstanding Achievement for Magazine Program – Single Program/Series.

No grant.
No studio.
No network.
No outside funding.

Just belief.
Belief in the story, the mission, and the craft.

We poured our savings, time, and heart into this project because we knew it mattered, and now that belief has brought home our first Emmy.

This one’s for every independent storyteller proving you don’t need permission to create something meaningful.

It’s always a thrill to get my issue of Essence in the mail, but seeing this anniversary cover was so special. Earlier this year I had the privilege of working with Susan L. Taylor on a short documentary highlighting the life-changing work of CARES. She was then as she appears here- so graceful, welcoming, and confident. I left that project not just inspired by her and asha bandele, but by the way that CARES wraps its arms around Black children and sparks such important conversations about childhood mental health.
The work they do is changing lives, and I’m honored that Digife was able to be a part of telling that story💜 by @cath_hoffman
