Old vines don’t produce more.
They produce beautiful wines. 🍇

Lower yields. Smaller berries.

More concentration. More character.

You can’t rush that kind of depth.

So the question is—
are we optimizing for volume… or for something worth waiting for?

Climate change isn’t coming—it’s already in the glass. 🍷🌍

For Cathy Corison & Grace Corison Martin, winemakers at Corison, the question isn’t if things are changing… It’s how to respond.

Hotter vintages. Unpredictable seasons.
And still—the goal stays the same: world-class Cabernet.

Some regions have adapted for centuries. Napa’s figuring it out in real time.

So where does that leave the wines we love?

🎙️Episode drops TONIGHT at 6 PM on YouTube and tomorrow on all podcast platforms.
