Royal Marine Pull-Up Test! 💪🔥

Can you beat my score? Tag a friend who needs to try this. 👇

Be kind… I’m 51, and this was actually my second attempt because I forgot to turn the camera around the first time. 🤦‍♀️😂

Rules:
• Pull up after the beep.
• Hold at the top until the next beep.
• Lower on the next beep = 1 rep.
• 5 pull-ups = Pass
• 12 pull-ups = Maximum score

Thanks @jujpw for the workout gummies. I definitely needed that extra pump after having to do this twice! 😅💪

I came for the state records. I went into yesterday's meet with one goal in mind: break those records. And I'm thrilled to say I did just that! Did I PR? Nope. Did I match my last meet? Not quite. But you know what? I didn't let that bring me down. If you're on the fence about powerlifting, let me tell you - it's worth it. The community, the thrill, the sense of accomplishment... it's all top-notch.

You’re never too old to start. At 51, I never imagined this was possible. Bring on the next challenge!

Full meet recap coming with the professional vids! 😬

51 years old. Still moving some weight around.
290 pounds. 2.4 times my bodyweight.

I’m not chasing my younger self. I’m seeing what this version of me can do.

Ladies, don’t underestimate what you’re capable of. ❤️

USAPL meet in 2 weeks!! 🥳

I haven’t bought a Starbucks mocha in years, and this is why ☕️💪

My go-to mocha protein shake, 25g of protein and my pre-workout in one cup:

🥤 8 oz water
🍫 3 scoops Prozis Chocolate Whey Isolate
⚡️ 1 scoop Evogen EVP 3D pre-workout (Iced Mocha Coffee)
☕️ 1 Folgers instant coffee stick
🧊 Ice, then blend

Be honest: what’s your favorite way to train? Wrong answers only (anything that isn’t lifting). 😂
