Want to take your acro to the next level? 🤸

If you’re interested in progressing toward hand-to-hand, Icarian, or more advanced partner acrobatics, it all starts with strong foundations.

Our Intro to Partner Acro class focuses on the technique, body awareness, communication, and partner mechanics that make more advanced skills possible.

Whether you’re looking to clean up your existing skills or build toward something bigger, this is where the work begins.

We wondered if we could reverse the entry… turns out we can, and it’s actually pretty nice. 🤸‍♀️✨

Love when random training ideas work out.

Just another day at the office. 🤸‍♀️✨

A little playing, a little experimenting, and somehow we call this work.

Prepping some fun things for Dance Lifts on Monday! 🧡

Just a Princess Donut doing Princess Donut things. 🍩👑

Feeling pretty excited about my shoulder and upper back flexibility lately. It’s nice when all that mobility work starts showing up in the fun stuff.

And obviously, this shirt from @emilyfarnsworth_ deserved its own moment. 😂💕

I’ve been trying to increase my one arm handstand holds, and of course, all the tips I got was shoulder endurance.

Which is unfortunate because shoulder endurance work is probably one of my least favorite things to train so it’s the first thing I ditch when I’m short on time. But sometimes the things you like least are the things you need the most.

Committing to my conditioning and holds and seeing what that brings. This video is sped up because it’s as probably as boring to watch as it is to do.

Thanks for all the tips!

The never-ending pursuit of longer one-arm handstand holds 🙃

Calling on my fellow handbalancers! 🤸‍♀️

I’ve been working on improving the consistency and duration of my OAHS holds, and I’d love some fresh eyes on my technique.

Are there any balance corrections, alignment adjustments, or technical details you notice that might help me extend my holds?

I’m particularly interested in developing a technique that transfers well into flags, figas, and other one-arm shapes.

Always looking to refine my practice and learn from other experienced handbalancers. What are you seeing?

Saw this challenge on Instagram and had to give it a try. A few attempts, a little persistence, and one very satisfying kip to handstand.

Who’s trying this next? 👀

POV: the bride tried to run away… but the groom understood the assignment. 💍✈️😂

Getting to do banquine on our wedding weekend felt especially perfect. It’s become such a huge passion of mine lately, and there’s something pretty special about getting to capture that part of myself during such a big moment in our lives. Thanks @skylarbrody and @edgeacrobatics for always catching me.

Good friends make the best moments even better 💕

Still smiling over how much love, laughter, and wonderfully chaotic energy surrounded us on our wedding day. I’m going to be sharing pieces from this day for a while ✨
