Wanted to share this beautiful post from some of my original AcroYoga teachers.

I’ve taken so many incredible acrodance classes with @catsandacrobats and @brentbigott , and they’ve had a huge influence on how I understand partner movement, timing, trust, and flow.

If you’re ever in Phoenix and want to train with people who truly know how to teach connected, creative acrobatics, I highly recommend booking a session with them at @arizonacircuscenter @edgeacrobatics .

And just like that. My first Renaissance Festival is on the books. Last year we made the choice to sell everything we own and join life on the road with @barelybalanced and we haven’t looked back.

There has been many challenges, lots of ups and downs. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything. This is truly a life beyond my wildest dreams.

I am proud of the person I am today. I have learned so much since starting this lifestyle.

I have made new friends, I am surrounded by my chosen family, and the magic just keeps getting better. We are off to our next destination in Georgia and I cannot wait to see what life has in store.

I wouldn’t be able to do this without the love of my life @eduardo_el_nomada ! He has been such a great support in all of this and seeing everything he is achieving is truly inspiring.

Let’s keep going. Keep growing. And keep on livin.

Thank you to everyone who has believed in me. Thank you to everyone who has welcomed me with open arms into this community. Thank you for all your love and support throughout my journey so far.

Happy one year of ACRO 🥹🤍
What a journey this has been. I’m so thankful for this sport, hobby, lifestyle, and honestly one of my favorite things to do.

I’m especially grateful for the incredible acro people I’ve met and now have the privilege of knowing. 💗

A special thank you to my coaches - @catsandacrobats and @edgeacrobatics at @arizonacircuscenter . I have so much love and gratitude for you both. Thank you, thank you!☺️

We’ve got work to do. 🔨Let’s get after it!
Keep chasing your dreams, stay humble in the pursuit, and remember who you are.

So excited for what’s ahead, and thankful to God for these blessings. 💓

A lot can happen in a year.

I have had the absolute best time ever training banquine with @edgeacrobatics
If you know me well you know that banquine is my absolute favorite thing to do in acro! This is what I want to have the chance to perform professionally before I fully retire from acrobatics.

The World at Large, as seen in Thailand.

I’m grateful that I was able to experience a new country in the company of genuine and kind humans. Although the last few days were buttressed up against a new semester with 100+ students, still-lingering dissertation, and self-inflicted doubt and frustration, it was a week that brought me a lot contentment and joy!

My favorite part was undoubtably connecting with fellow aerialists and laughing around the table while we ate. Oh, and the unexpected elephant “kiss,” if you can even call it that— more like a giant (albeit sweet) muddy suction cup. And, I can’t forget my day of adventuring with @catsandacrobats in Chiang Mai. The 20,000 steps we logged together were both rewarding and exhausting.

Many thanks to @flykaravek for sharing your culture, foods, and home. I would be remiss to forget @gabby.b.aerial, who put lots of love and care into hosting all of us— more thank you’s are in order!!

Now, enjoy the collage of snippets!! 🌺💋

Meeting a foster barracuda underwater is always unforgettable. Its long silver body glides past with effortless speed, eyes watching every movement. Moments like this remind us why the ocean deserves respect, protection, and admiration. 🤿✨
