Trying to keep up with the athletes down at @oxygensolihull

Tough session, great facilities - everything we needed to push hard and then recover.

Thanks to the whole team! 💪🏽

Hard training at @oxygensolihull with the squad @timwildemma @fabian_edwardsmma @healinghandsmassage_23 absolutely dead at the end

Just to clarify Tim beat me on the rower he is the superior athlete (upholding my debts)

Now small print Tim had an easy training session with the anchor nearly lapped him so whose the real champ here lmao 🤣 by @caugheytom

And to @timwildemma on his very well deserved brown belt a life long dedicated martial artist I can’t think of anyone that’s more deserving

Successful trip to Abu Dhabi last week with @jai_herbert_mma securing a dominant win in his ufc bout

The dedication from Jai and everyone in his team is fantastic to watch, the coaching from @joby_clayton is something special it’s always a learning curve and @o_brown.mma as well as being a top athlete in his own right is a team mate in every sense of the word. Taking those pre fight elbows so I don’t have to lmao 🤣 by @caugheytom
