Trying to keep up with the athletes down at @oxygensolihull

Tough session, great facilities - everything we needed to push hard and then recover.

Thanks to the whole team! 💪🏽

It’s a great feeling when the hard work, time, and effort you put into your craft finally pays off. Even though it can feel like a lonely journey at times, it’s always a team effort. I’m grateful to everyone who’s helped me along the way — it will never go unnoticed. 🙏🏾#gratitudeisamust

Been doing bits here, there & everywhere! There’s so much power in movement - love that my therapy sessions help my clients move better both in & out of the treatment room 🙌🏽

I have given it enough time, just wanted a few days to myself.

Just want to say a BIG thank you to all my team, coaches, sponsors & supporters!! What can I say 🤷🏼‍♂️ I just did not turn up Saturday night, credit to Micheal for capitalising on that.

It's easy to sit here and list all the whys, could have's & should have but the bottom line is Saturday night I failed to perform/turn up, no excuses!

Most people only see the X amount of time I fight in the cage come competition night, not the time that I put into this day in and day out and the sacrifice I make. I love this sport and life, and I still have a lot more to give to it!

I'll be back soon 💯✌️
