Healing bucket list:
I’m exploring joy and inner child adventures as healing modalities and it’s been so powerful esp as someone that has a CSA history.
Tiff often comes on these adventures and we want to talk more about them here.
I’m vlogging the entire thing on my IG so plz join if it resonates ! We never heal alone 💛

Episode 2 🎂
•
The goal of having a healing bucket list is to do the little things that help your soul heal.
•
My relationship with my Dad was complicated and heartbreaking- but in the years since he’s passed I’ve learned a lot about him and have been using this time to heal.
I’ve never celebrated his birthday before- it always felt bittersweet. But wanted to try today.
•
And you know what? Lighting a candle and putting it in a sandwich really did help!
It’s a reminder that we know exactly what we need to heal- sometimes it’s just about listening. And acting on it!
•
I’m vlogging my way through my healing bucket list.
Glad you’re here and you’re welcome to follow along 🌸

When You Feel Happy/Sad At the Same Time 🙂💙☹️
•
It was such a beautiful day today, but as I rode my bike a few hours ago, my mind kept thinking about my hometown friend and his passing this week.
•
I thought about the last convo we had- over 15 years ago- and I thought about the special moments we shared; often laying side by side, until the wee hours of the morning, talking about our lives.
•
Grief is so complex- it can show up on the sunniest days, or in tiny, happy moments. And instead of fighting it I thought- well what if I approached my grief like it was an innocent little kid, wanting care? 🥺
•
Would I be mad at a little kid for being sad?
Would I be mad at her for wanting to talk about why she’s sad AGAIN? No! I’d take her hand and say, it’s okay. It’s okay to feel happy and it’s okay to ride your bike in the sun and when grief inevitably shows up, it’s okay to cry, and it’s okay to miss your friend and eat ice cream
•
We’re all grieving someone. Leaving this here as a permission slip to be extra gentle the next time it comes 🤍🍦

What’s a healing bucket list?
•
I avoid things I know are good for me- sometimes it’s bc I tell myself those things are lame/dumb or I’m ’too old’ and to just get over it.
•
But why??? Like why do we do that?
•
The Healing Bucket List is a soul to-do list. It’s every silly little thing that is gonna help those sad and lonely parts of you heal.
•
My relationship with my grandma was really safe and beautiful but the ending was sad. It breaks my heart.
The biggest way to start to heal that is to honour her by learning to speak her language.
•
Would love for you to write your own list and follow along! 🌸🫶🏻💫 you owe it to you!
Thanks for being here
