I don’t know the game of soccer like I do volleyball but what I do know is this picture captures one of Rylee’s biggest strengths in the game….seeing the field and serving it up to her teammates. Thank you @clmenz for capturing this! by @cbaillio

As an athlete, it’s easy to think every workout needs to be faster, heavier, or more explosive to move you forward.

But sometimes the work you need right now looks a lot slower.

Those controlled reps are building the strength and work capacity your body will need when it’s time to progress into more explosive training.

That’s the difference between simply doing exercises and training with a purpose.

At GRIT, we don’t rush to the exciting stuff just because it looks athletic. We build what you need, in the right order, so each phase prepares you for what comes next.

Because the goal isn’t to make your training look impressive.
The goal is to build an athlete who can perform when it matters.

Stop guessing. Train with Purpose. Perform with Confidence.

🩷🧡Happy Birthday to our beautiful Rylee 🩷🧡
Those that know her well know she’s got some zingers with her bluntness 🤣 but what a lot of people don’t know is how incredibly thoughtful this kid is and the work ethic she has behind the scenes. What an incredible blessing it is to be your mother 🩷🧡 by @cbaillio

New Team, New Season, New Division. It’s difficult to capture great footage for highlights in soccer but here’s what I’ll say…Soccer players are built different. This heat is no joke and they go out and play in the middle of the day without complaint (most of the time 😂). I’m so proud of Rylee and can’t wait to see the development that happens this season! by @cbaillio

As promised…🏄‍♂️Paddle boarding bloopers 🤣

Shout out to my husband who provided endless comedy by being the only brave one to try standing in the rougher waters. He got it eventually 😁 taken in Palma De Mallorca, Spain by @cbaillio
