As an athlete, it’s easy to think every workout needs to be faster, heavier, or more explosive to move you forward.

But sometimes the work you need right now looks a lot slower.

Those controlled reps are building the strength and work capacity your body will need when it’s time to progress into more explosive training.

That’s the difference between simply doing exercises and training with a purpose.

At GRIT, we don’t rush to the exciting stuff just because it looks athletic. We build what you need, in the right order, so each phase prepares you for what comes next.

Because the goal isn’t to make your training look impressive.
The goal is to build an athlete who can perform when it matters.

Stop guessing. Train with Purpose. Perform with Confidence.

Today, we pause to remember and celebrate the life of our amazing friend and former teammate, Kyle. ❤️

It’s hard to put into words just how much he truly meant to all of us. He wasn’t just someone we worked with, he was our family. His sense of humor could turn around even the hardest days, and his work ethic, and dedication to our team inspired everyone who worked with him. We’ll always remember how he made everyone around him feel truly seen and valued. Along with his contagious laughter, and how so many of his jokes and funny moments continue to make us smile even now (hence the flamingo shirts in the pic). It wasn’t just us who felt this, so many of our customers loved him too, he left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

The memories we shared will stay with us forever. We miss him deeply, but his spirit and the impact he left on our lives will always live in our hearts. ❤️ This isn’t a goodbye, it’s a see you soon. Rest easy, Kyle.
