Simply put, we got another member of the family.

We all have a story. And sometimes having the balls to share yours can make a difference in the life of someone you didn’t even know was listening.

That’s why I’ll never shut up about this shit.

Six months is a HUGE milestone and I couldn’t be more proud of this gentleman.

From the cash donations to the companies committing the profit from an entire roofing job, thank you to every single person who answered my call today in support of @roofersinrecovery and RIR Day on August 28th.

This industry has been through a lot and today was another reminder that roofers take care of roofers.

If you declined my call or just missed it, there’s still plenty of time left to get involved. Whether it’s donating the profit from one job or simply giving what you can, every dollar helps get someone battling addiction into treatment.

Let’s make this the biggest RIR Day yet.

Well, um, we’ve got a pretty nice little Saturday planned. We knocked out a quick 5k early and took a picture of our legs. Then going to Scheels to look at treadmills and maybe shoes. Yeah, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath and Beyond…I don’t know. I don’t know if we’ll have enough time. by @cbrasher0103

5 years.

That’s all it took to get the invite to HQ.

My good friend @ryan_af_phillips knew I was headed to St. Louis for @the_operator_standard and offered me a tour and a workout at @1stphorm

My only response was, “Say when.”

The place, the people, the culture; every bit of it lived up to what I’d built up in my head over the last five years of 75 Hard, Live Hard and listening to @andyfrisella

And before anyone asks…no, I wasn’t on Real AF. That’s next on the bucket list though.

Grateful for the opportunity and even more fired up walking out than I was walking in.
