Forgot to post Saturday, yesterday’s weekend miles with the family, sure felt Greta after a really busy week. I loved watching the storm build that was behind us in this picture. It looked even more incredible when the sun was setting. #goruck #duespaid #rucktx365 #leadbyexample #wedothework

Sunday evening miles in with the family and us boys rucking. The younger two were a bit tired so it took us a long time tonight as it was hot and humid. But we got out and got in some miles nonetheless. #duespaid #goruck #wedothework #rucktx365 #1stphorm

Getting some miles in this morning with the family before the rain comes again. We are definitely grateful for all the rain we’ve got here in West Central Texas lately. #duespaid #goruck #leadbyexample #wedothework #rucktx365

Late evening ruck with my oldest son, he wanted to get an outdoor workout in. I was ready for it after this week with having to commute about 4 1/2 hours round trip and be on the slaughter floor inspecting sheep which is pretty physical work having to lift the fore shanks to about eye level to inspect the neck area for contamination, so basically curling all day and doing about 400ish reps of curls each day for the past couple of days. It was a completely different workout than rucking. i enjoyed the chitchat on our ruck tonight talking about birds, nocturnal animals and insects, as well as naughty kids this school year with my big guy! #duespaid #leadbyexample #wedothework #goruck #rucktx365

Nice humid and overcast Memorial Day ruck, 30lbs in the vest and the boys jumped in on the opportunity to throw on their rucks. Enjoyed strolling through the neighborhood and having some time to talk with my beautiful wife. Thank you to all of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice and give us this freedom we take for granted a lot of the time. #duespaid #weare1stphorm #goruck #rucktx365

It’s been a minute, but it felt good to take a stroll in the new hood with the family today. Tried out my new weighted vest from @goruck with their new curved ruck plates. Had 30lbs in the vest, looking forward to getting back to a routine. This new position I took really threw me for a loop for the past 15 months. It’s a family goal of ours to improve our overall health this summer and I’m excited to see our progress! #wedothework #goruck #1stphorm #duespaid #rucktx365

If only this delivery of @phormenergy was just for me here in San Angelo, TX. I may have already bought and consumed this much so far as this is what keeps me going some days! #weare1stphorm #phormenergy #duespaid #wedothework #andyfrisella

Built by community

PRICE OF REDEMPTION wrapped

The most special part of this whole movie experience, was to be able to have the people and communities who have supported over these years be represented and a part of this film. It was my honor and I thank you ALL!

The Texas Hill Country has been breaking people and building them back up for centuries.

The Comanche rode these hills.
The Texas Rangers patrolled them.
Outlaws hid in these canyons.
Ranchers carved a life out of this rock and cedar with nothing but grit and the stubbornness to outlast whatever came at them.

This land has never been kind.
It’s been honest.

And every year, we ruck it.

May 2nd, the Willow City Ruck goes again.

Thirteen miles.
Texas Hill Country.
No shortcuts. No excuses.

Register now.

Like minded people find each other.

The Redemption Crew wasn’t formed by recruiting, it formed by alignment.

Driven people pursuing something bigger naturally cross paths.

We choose to rise together, competing with who we were yesterday. With comfort. With excuses. With anything else that tries to keep us small.

Built different by what we’ve survived.
Powered different by what we’re building.

There’s no famine mindset here. Helping each other grow doesn’t cost us anything, it multiplies what’s possible.

We support each other’s missions. We show up for the work. We want to see each other win.

This isn’t for everybody. But if this sounds like how you’re wired, we’re only a message away.

Welcome to the Redemption Crew.
