But I do love how cutoffs just make the outfit more approachable. I have paired the shorts with lace to help balance by infusing feminine. 🌷💕

It literally turned into fall 🍂 overnight. I am wearing a sweater after sweating 🥵 like a crazy person a week ago. I am grateful to be wearing layers and here’s my comfy day out running errands. 👍🏼

When is the last time you dressed 👔 up for Sunday breakfast? We felt like getting dolled up for a fun day out so we threw on jeans but elevated them. So fun.

..and Josie is the star 🌟 of the show, obviously 🙄

¿Cuándo fue la última vez que te arreglaste 👔 para el desayuno del domingo? Nos apetecía ponernos guapas para pasar un día divertido fuera de casa, así que optamos por unos vaqueros pero dándoles un toque más sofisticado. ¡Qué divertido!

Lots going on here. I know … 😆
Let’s start with the leopard skirt. This is a way to make leopard less rebellious and more “fun”. A slip skirt takes the place of jeans. So you can pair it with a T-shirt, button-down or tank top.
Second, I could have easily worn sneakers with this outfit, but thought I would add a pop of color with my socks and make it more interesting with a loafer.
Last, hat, bandana & glasses 🤓 really complicate this outfit in a fun way.

Empecemos por la falda de leopardo. Esta es una forma de hacer que el estampado de leopardo se vea menos rebelde y más divertido. La falda lencera sustituye a los vaqueros, así que puedes combinarla con una camiseta, una camisa de botones o una camiseta de tirantes.

It is CRAZY 🥵 hot right now so I’m pulling out all the cotton and flowy possible. I still have meetings to attend, so going with a “polished flowy”. 👍🏼

We went out last night and these are the outfits we chose. 😊 We don’t necessarily choose to match each other, but we definitely want to appear as though we are going to the same place. In other words, some couples look like they are going to different places. One looks like she’s going to a fancy party 🎉 and the other looks like he’s going to play basketball 🏀 at the local rec. Last night was a strategic move. I wanted us to “go together” by wearing similar colors, etc.👍🏼

Salimos anoche y estos son los conjuntos que elegimos. 😊 No es que busquemos ir combinados a propósito, pero definitivamente queremos que parezca que vamos al mismo sitio. Dicho de otro modo, hay parejas que parecen ir a lugares distintos: ella parece ir a una fiesta elegante 🎉 y él, a jugar al baloncesto 🏀 al polideportivo local.

I have a very special rehearsal today. (BTW: did you know I’m a wedding coordinator, too!) I pulled out this sweet little second-hand number I found in SF. She’s a “one-and-done” flowy dress and I’m ready for action!

Well, you are seeing correctly. Obviously these make a statement and when it’s hard to layer in the summer, an interesting shoe helps the outfit immediately. 😛
