Had the best time visiting my nephew and his mom out in LA this weekend! He towers over me and he’s only 15! Threw in some pics of when he was just a baby and David, Ryan and I were just teens. That time was without a doubt one of the most joyous times of our lives. That little guy brought so much happiness to all of his family. Love him so much! by @ccastillo_3

A couple pics from when we used to do Salsa by the Sea back in the college days. By the way this is way before ai pictures, just a very talented friend and photographer Alex Gueret. This wasn’t a planned shoot, he wanted to get some shots of people dancing but the sky was gorgeous and got really awesome pics capturing it. He even let me do a fun hair flip per my request. lol love a thick head of hair taken in Santa Cruz, California by @ccastillo_3

Been looking back on the powerlifting days a lot lately. This was my last meet Lift for Hope at @oldskoolironvacaville way back in 2017. Bummed I didn’t get any videos of the lifts especially considering this was when I pushed out the 226lb bench which I think is why I did this meet. I competed in the San Jose fit expo only 2 months before this but failed my 3rd attempt bench so I had to make it up here. PRs were made at this meet: squat 314.1, bench 225.9, deadlift 352.7
Total 892.8 dots 344.54 @ 23yrs old junior raw division
These were fun times!! I’m really excited to compete again but in a completely different and new battlefield with oly weightlifting. I am no where near ready but I’m hungry to compete again! Super excited! taken in Old Skool Iron by @ccastillo_3
