The home stretch is finally here.

Early voting begins tomorrow and I am feeling reflective over the last couple years on the campaign trail.

First off, I could not be more proud of my husband. He didn’t seek this. But what everyone else sees in Alex, he doesn’t ever see in himself. He’s fair, honest, knowledgable, and a servant leader.

This is a major sacrifice for everyone in our household.

One that means we will spend less time together as a family during our children’s formative years.

One that removes anonymity from our lives.

One that comes with unwanted public opinion and ridicule.

However, the people who DO matter know Alex is, hands down, the right person for the job.

These next two weeks will be daunting. Please pray for our family.

Pray that my children don’t witness any negativity towards their daddy.

Pray that I can remain calm when we are faced with hostility. (I’m an uber-protective Cuban/Italian so pray hard on that one) 😜

Pray that Alex continues this process with honor and grace. As I’m sure he will, even when others don’t. Pray that he remembers he has a massive support system, even in the moments that don’t feel like it.

Pray for those who have been disrespectful towards my husband, and that their angry hearts find kindness and truth.

And if you aren’t the praying type, send us all the good vibes and well wishes. We surely will need it.

Thank you to our friends, family, and supporters - none of this would be possible without you. We won’t let you down.

Thank you to this city we love and adore so much. We hope to make you proud.

I apologize if you’re offended 🤷🏻‍♀️

🏨 The hotel does matter. Imagine coming back from a full travel day to a place that is less-than-ideal. It adds stress to a situation that could otherwise be your peace at the end of a day.

🪪 Just get the passport for your cruise. No, it isn’t required if you’re starting and ending in the US, but I’d bring it in case you find yourself in the hospital in another country and can’t get home.

😣You want four countries in seven days? Find another advisor. I have a proven formula that WORKS when you’re trying to see it all on one trip!

🚢 Your first time in Europe SHOULD be on a cruise. You actually CAN see four countries in seven days, without having to pack/unpack four times. Figure out the place you like best and immerse yourself on the next trip.

🤑You don’t need the cheapest vacation. You need a vacation that doesn’t make you regret being cheap.

🫰You can absolutely book it yourself. You probably could plan it yourself, too. The question is…do you really want to? Because I just may know a few things you don’t 😉 by @ccrecio
