Some things just taste better when they’re made by hand.

Our **party-size cheese pastries**? Hechos a mano. Every. Single. One. 🧀🥐

While the other guys are letting machines do the work, we’re over here like: **“Nah, papi… así no.”** 😂

For **40+ years**, we’ve been making them the same way—by hand, with cariño, and a whole lotta Cuban bakery magic. 🇨🇺❤️

Because when it comes to our pastelitos, **no hay máquina que valga.** 😉

This Father’s Day, I’m thinking about my dad, @recio1523. He gave 25 years to our city as a Hollywood police officer, then poured that same heart into our family bakery, @miramarbakery , on 441. He taught me what it means to show up for your community and serve the people around you every day.
