Over the last year, we’ve had limited access to our college Instagram account. Despite trying every available option to regain full access, we haven’t been successful.
After careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to close our old account and start fresh. This new beginning will allow us to create the engaging, accessible, and up-to-date platform our students truly deserve.
We’d love your support as we begin this new chapter. Please follow our new Instagram account and help us spread the word by sharing it with fellow students, staff, alumni, and friends. We can’t wait to share exciting updates, student achievements, events, and much more with you!
Thank you for your understanding and continued support 🔥💫 by @cdsthecollege

We were delighted to welcome @courtenaybrady and Cathy from @performerscollege , who delivered an inspiring session for our dance college students.

Our students had the opportunity to experience a taste of what training at Performers College is like, taking part in an MT Jazz class before enjoying a Q&A session, where they could gain valuable insight into life in further professional training and the opportunities available to them as aspiring performers.

A huge thank you to Courtenay and Cathy for sharing their knowledge, experience and passion with our students. It was a wonderful opportunity to inspire the next generation of performers! taken in Complete Dance Studios by @cdsthecollege

A little shout-out to the people who help make our students who they are…

At Complete Dance Studios College, we’re incredibly proud of the training we provide — but we also know that our students don’t arrive at our doors having appeared from nowhere!

Behind every young performer are years of classes, rehearsals, shows, exams, workshops, encouragement and hard work.

So this is a little thank you to the dance schools, theatre companies, performing arts schools, associate programmes, intensives, youth companies, school and sixth-form performing arts departments, private teachers and coaches who have played — and continue to play — such an important part in our students’ training.

We see the work you’ve put in. We appreciate it. And we absolutely respect it.

One of the things that is really important to us at CDS College is that joining us doesn’t mean leaving the training, teachers and communities that have already been part of a student’s journey.

Our role is to provide intensive vocational training during the College week, helping students develop their technique, versatility, performance skills and confidence as they prepare for their next step — while recognising that their wider training can remain an incredibly valuable part of that journey.

Because ultimately, we’re all working towards the same thing:

Giving talented young people the best possible opportunities to train, perform, grow and succeed.

So, to every teacher, choreographer, director, coach, school and organisation who has trained one of our students in the past, works with one of them now, or will work with one in the future…

Thank you.

We’re very proud to be one part of their training journey — and very happy to share it with you
