I’m a week late, but turning 30 deserves a post. Thank you for the birthday wishes and for those who celebrated with me! I am grateful for all the love sent my way.

Truthfully, the best birthday present was surviving my last shift in the respiratory ICU after a long 10 week rotation. I celebrated with girl dinner including cheese that described how I was feeling, followed by unremarkable snatches and front squats. Besides the working 12 hours part, it was an ideal day. Cheers to a new decade! 🎂🍾🧀🥳 by @ceciliastuetz

No better way to celebrate International Women’s Day than surrounded by the strong and supportive ladies at @philadelphiabarbellclub. This long-awaited snatch PR didn’t hurt either. Thank you @jfraank for the video! 😇 by @ceciliastuetz
