Movement can be challenging, intentional, and deeply connected to community.

Cedar & Ember brings boutique group fitness to the North Village Arts District with sculpt, Pilates, strength, and mobility classes designed around thoughtful movement, proper form, and lasting strength. Founded by Grace Davis, the studio blends high-energy training with a grounded, welcoming atmosphere, including infrared-heated classes like Ignite 45, Sculpt 45, and Tone 45. Cedar & Ember opened in September and is already adding a new kind of wellness experience to the neighborhood.

Visit them at 111 Orr St, Columbia, MO 65201 and follow @cedar.ember to explore classes and upcoming offerings.

We often get asked by locals: is your studio only for students? The answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT! Our studio is for EVERYONE who loves to move their bodies🤍
Callie is one of our CoMo locals who we think is the heart of C+E🪩🤍

Catch Callie every week:
Monday 5:30pm
Friday 5:30pm
Sunday 9:30am

Fun Fact! Did you know Callie is a forever Miss Missouri?
