AHHH, OMGGG!!! We’re so honored to receive this award for @amari.gala Visual Artist of the Year 🧡✨

CEEBS was inspired by the messiness and humour of navigating friendship, community, culture and identity as young people in the west. It’s a story rooted in experiences of Melbourne’s Black diaspora, and being recognised by Amari, a platform that uplifts and celebrates that same community, makes this win feel especially meaningful.

Endless gratitude to our incredible cast and crew for pouring their energy, heart and humour into this project. And to our community, friends and family - thank you for showing up for us! Your love, support and votes made this possible! 😜

Gary would be so proud! 🕊️🤍 by @ceebsseries

What begins as a mission to save their centre soon unravels as political differences threaten both their campaign and their lifelong friendship.

CEEBS is an 18-part comedy micro-drama and a love letter to the community centres that shaped its creators, produced for TikTok and Instagram (@ceebsseries). Episodes 1–7 will be screened.
