The Nature Within 🌿✨

This day retreat gave us the opportunity to reconnect with and remember our true, innate nature. To love, laugh, cry, and experience all of the radiant beauty this life has to offer. Having this experience at Asgard Sanctuary was truly a blessing, the gentle hum of nature all around us through out the day was so peaceful ☀️

Hosting my first event brought many lessons and showed me just how much I am truly capable of! 🌿
I have a passion for holding space and creating intimate settings where people can truly release and upgrade their consciousness, or just take a nap.. yogis choice 🧘‍♀️😉 thank you to everyone who came out and supported & enjoyed the event, I’m super excited for the next one!

@hulaweenfl workshop 2025 ✨
A space to breathe
A space to move
A space to come home to yourself by @celestial.wellness_

What is your relationship like to prayer? How often are you ~truly~ taking a moment to pause, and tap into the gratitude frequency? Thanking The Universe for everything you have, everything you’re manifesting, every experience and every lesson is profoundly powerful.
Some of my personal favorite times to connect to Source in this way are directly out of a meditation practice, and before I eat anything. I invite you to get curious and deepen your connection to prayer and see where this leads you on your journey. You may start to notice you’re more in tune with Source Consciousness than you think. by @celestial.wellness_

Hosted a beautiful Nature Connection Flow workshop at @hulaweenfl with my lovely friend @aster_alicia. 🙏🍁
Coming back for a second year of teaching at this festival with Alicia made my heart so full, we’ve worked hard to get to this point in our teaching journeys, constantly learning and growing by each others sides as teachers @tribeyoga.studio and in our daily lives as best friends 💓
Thank you to everyone who attended this workshop, we flowed, we connected to the earth & to eachother, and we raised the vibration one breath at a time ✨ endless gratitude overflowing always 🌿🌎🌱🍄🧘‍♀️

Harmonic Chakra Frequency Flow workshop at @convergence.wellness.campout was such an incredible honor to co-facilitate with @lisalightsource ✨💓
This offering was a yoga and sound bath journey through the 7 main energy vortexes in the body. (the chakras) Cleansing, clearing and aligning festival goers energy & spirit before dancing and connecting all night long. 🫶🏻
So much love for this festival and the rapid transformation and healing it brought into my life.
To be able to hold space and facilitate is an honor I will forever be grateful for.
I am passionate about helping the collective consciousness awaken, and I do this by connecting, one person, one gathering, one workshop at a time. ✨ thank you @convergence.wellness.campout & @lisalightsource & thank you source, for the divine guidance & wisdom provided every moment 🙏 by @celestial.wellness_
