Women’s open mat was a success 💟

Thank you to everyone who showed up and helped out it means so much to have this community!

A lot of new faces and familiar ones on the mat learning from each other. Hope to host more of these in the future 🥰 @houfemmebjj taken in The Fight Lab TX by @celestial_bjj

This meant a lot to me (they all do) but it takes so much preparation behind the scenes that you don’t see. The mindset, the water cut, the training, and everything in between. I honestly enjoy it all, but believing in yourself is ultimately the biggest factor in being prepared.

Being on the main card was such an honor. I never thought I’d make it this far, so it’s cool to see my name and picture on that lineup!

I appreciate everyone who came out to support me. Thank you to my boyfriend, who is there every single step of the way. Thank you to my coach who invests so much into our whole team.

Thank you @ericg831 for giving me this opportunity! It was a great show and ran so smoothly. Congrats to the whole crew who made it happen! 👏 taken in Houston, Texas by @celestial_bjj
