Recap from my ‘Nutrition and Herbalism for the Moon Cycle’ workshop hosted at @jai.tealoft 🩶. This workshop is focused on teaching women the importance of diet and herbalism as one, utilizing holistic nutrition and herbs to improve hormonal health.

Say hi to ya new Holistic Nutritionist. I’m forever grateful and humbled by this journey I had within the last year. Even with all of the challenges I faced I remained focused on my end goal and I pushed through to the finish line. Nutrition has been a subject I’ve always had an inkling for, my primary focus of practice will be on hormonal health for BIPOC women. I recently completed teaching my first practicum on hormonal and herbal heath for women’s hormones in November and am itching to teach my next class(stay tuned).

Now I’m even open to becoming an ND, (Naturopathic Doctor) to extend my practice. I’m forever grateful for my friends and family who have showed endless support. I’m so proud of myself for making the conscious decision to go back to school. I’m not done with school but definitely need a mini break for now. I’m so exited to embark on this new journey for myself.

I say if you’ve been thinking about going back to school please do. It’s hard, lonely, and very tiring but I swear all of the hard work will pay off. This is truly just the beginning of a new and profound chapter for myself and my life!!! Thank you for everyone who constantly shows me support and especially my extended family (my friends) y’all have made this journey so much more fulfilling with your constant love and words of encouragement!
