The Houston-born studio offers HIIT, infrared heated Pilates-inspired mat work, reformer Pilates, and specialty performance training, alongside its signature format fusing treadmill intervals with floor-based strength training.

Premium equipment, immersive lighting, and instructors trained for a best-in-class experience.

Currently under redevelopment on Post Oak Boulevard, Central Park Post Oak is becoming the address where Uptown works, shops, dines, and gathers.

Élephante and Bar Bambino join Handies Douzo, The Henry, Sparrow Italia, and Buck & Rider. A lineup that brings together celebrated Houston concepts alongside restaurants new to the market from Miami, New York, Phoenix, and London.
