Loulé Cup 2026 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇵🇹
Senior Women’s Champion 🥇

Last week WILD, finishing off British week with Loulé Cup and my birthday thrown in the middle! And then finishing 1st individually and 3rd as a team.

Lost for words for a second time (rare for me), but I’m so happy to have put down some more of my best routines, with more PBs and more 50s 🥳

4 clean routines and my best score in the final is a big step for me personally, so the added surprise of finishing 1st was surreal and unexpected but something I’m so very proud of for myself and also for Welsh trampoline 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
2 individual trampoline medals!! Well done Efan as well 🥳

Thank you to Ricardo and Naomi for being such great National coaches and looking after us on the floor. And to our Welsh teammates for all the support 🫶 we will always make a trip so much fun no matter what 🤩

*swipe to the end to see where most of my time in the venue was spent napping 🫪*

Not sure what to say really… so unbelievably unexpected but so proud of this after a tough season and few months training with injuries and some skill confusion.
I’ve been chasing 50 for about a year and a half so to finally break it, in the finals, I’m so pleased 🥳 to medal was not something I was even thinking about, just wanted to put down some routines I was happy with and closer to what I know I can do 😌

Synchro 2nd was a massive bonus for me and Katie, only having competed together twice before, and that started off a great day competing with lots of laughs (even at 8am) 💚

THANK YOU @empowerleotards for the leotards, the support and the sparkles 😍✨ best in the game 🫶

I was asked about trampoline goals when I was 14 and I said “I’d like to compete at a British Championships if I’m good enough one day” - 10 years later & this happened… surreal 🥹 by @cerysm01

Not at all because of a certain ridiculous advert… but always a good time to remember how amazing women and girls in sports actually are!! 😊

I think the ad is absolutely stupid, but I do also think it’s purposely causing controversy, and that was probably the goal in the first place. I think that the company should get the same level of attention and upset as Sydney is getting herself, because she shouldn’t have done it, but they are also to blame for the idea and execution of the concept.
I love that it’s created such a positive trend from such a rubbish step backwards in how women are being represented in sport, because no, it’s not like that advert at all, for those of us that actually do sport day to day at whatever level.
