@fusion_gymnastics_wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Loulé Cup 2026 🇵🇹 Last week 4 gymnasts from Fusion along with the rest of the Welsh Trampoline and Tumblers travelled to Portugal to compete in the 2026 Loulé Cup. What a great competition Wales had! With 2 great routines in qualifiers, and a new time of flight PB, Efan earned a space in the 13-14 men’s final. After a very close final Efan finished 2nd just behind France. 🥈 Both Mali & Emily jumped in the 13-14 female category, both girls did a great job against a very strong field of gymnasts. Emily had a total PB and finished 22nd even though she touched the pad. Mali competed a good set but had a small mistake at the end of her vol which meant she couldn’t complete her final skill. This was Norah’s first competition in the Senior Ladies category and she did a great job completing 2 full routines. A big shout out to the ladies Welsh team for finishing third 🥉 and to teammate Cerys for becoming Senior champion! Big thank you to Ricardo & Naomi for a successful competition and a great experience for all the gymnasts!
