So I've been really working on my fitness since February and I'm finally ready to share my results

This has been one of the more dificult tasks I have put myself through.

I hardly ever drink anymore

I stopped eating out as much

I've prioritized my health for the first time in a long time

Honestly I am super happy with where I am. I am focusing on continuing to fix my relationship with food and prioritizing my mental health to ensure that not only body is healthy but so is my mind.

As my spin journey goes on a pause I will focus on trying new experiences and continue to challenge myself physically.

I will continue to work on the balance between my friends, career, my family and my partner.

Thank you to everyone that has been supportive especially on those hard days. A big shout out to my sister who kept me humble when I was hangry.

As I keep my body moving and see myself getting older one question is what keeps me disciplined

"Would you rather be the oldest person at the gym or the youngest person at a nursing home?"

And for that reason I will keep moving my body as long as I am able to. I've been blessed with the opportunity to keep going and I won't let it go to waste. taken in Houston, Texas by @cesarnoparar
