Limited time to get ready but always time for energy work. It’s a common misconception we need to make more time but energy work is living intentionally with the things you already do !! ✨

11 days to the 11/11 portal ✨ Starting this Saturday, join my free countdown.

The 11/11 portal is one of the most powerful days of the year to manifest. In numerology, 11 is a master number of intuition and spiritual awakening, and on 11/11 that energy is doubled, opening a gateway where your thoughts and intentions manifest faster. But you can’t hustle your way into manifesting...

So for 11 days in my WhatsApp community, I’ll share an affirmation, a meditation, or a journal prompt to rewire your subconscious, raise your vibration, and become a vibrational match for your manifestations.

When we come together with the same intention, the energy multiplies. Law of attraction, energy healing, and manifestation, together as a community.

Comment 11/11 to join ✨ #1111 #manifestation #energy #spirituality #portal by @cescadinardo

You can write the goals, hustle and make the vision board, but if your subconscious believes “people like me don’t make that kind of money”, you’re working against yourself. That’s why it feels so exhausting 🫪

The shift happens when you change the belief and your energy. Deep meditation, calming breathwork (activating PSN) Reiki and hypnotic practices help you drop into your subconscious, so new beliefs can actually form.

Today is day 1 of our 11 day countdown to the 11/11 portal. Every day in my free WhatsApp community, we’re clearing old beliefs and rewiring for what we’re calling in, together !!🤍

Over 200 of you joined for this countdown in the last 48 hours 🥹 Comment 11/11 to join us!!

POSITIVITYMAXXING day 4 ✨💖

You are more than worthy of the love you dream of. The more you love yourself the more your frequency rises and you are able to become a magnet for the love you want to call in.

Yoga Sutra 2.33, Pratipaksha Bhavana: cultivating the opposite 🤍

When we build awareness of how we’re feeling, thinking, moving and acting, we can shift anything negative into a more positive state of mind. Instead of fighting it, we consciously choose the opposite. So if you’re overthinking, move your body. If you’re feeling lazy, take one small action. If you’re feeling lack, find something to be grateful for.

It sounds simple, but it’s so powerful. Every time you choose the opposite, you interrupt an old pattern and create a new one. Today, we’d call this habit building, or neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to rewire itself. I never fail to be amazed by how teachings written nearly 2,000 years ago are only now being echoed by neuroscience.

Shift internally, and your external world WILL respond.

Tonight’s Taurus full moon is the perfect time to let go of what’s weighing us down. Ive felt called to ground and come back into the body 🌕

Here’s my full moon recipe:

1. Red light bath
2. Cosy space
3. Mindful movement
4. Meditation to release
5. Crystal charging & intention setting

I’ve picked orange calcite tonight, as it’s the crystal I want to focus on for the next month, for creativity and abundance ✨

Save this for the next full moon 🤍

Comment FULL MOON and I’ll send you my full moon meditation, dropping in my WhatsApp community tomorrow morning 🌕

Tomorrow’s full moon is in Taurus, and in astrology Taurus rules the throat.

When the throat area is blocked, it can show up as struggling to speak up, holding back what you really think, saying yes when you mean no, or feeling unable to name what you actually want to welcome into your life. It can feel like a tightness, a lump, or a voice that goes quiet right when it matters.

Taurus energy is also about worth, abundance and feeling safe in your body. So a blocked throat often isn’t only about communication. It can be about not feeling worthy enough to ask for what you want, or not trusting that it’s safe to be fully heard.

Full moons are about release and illumination, so this is the time to clear it. Let go of the the fear of being “too much”, and the old stories that taught you to stay small. When the throat is clear, you can speak your truth with ease, ask for what you desire, and call in what you’re ready to receive, grounded and steady (very Taurus energy!!).

Comment FULL MOON and I’ll see you there tomorrow morning 🤍
