Hello! ✨

It’s been a while since I introduced myself here, so this is for the new people joining in. I’m Cess, a self taught Latina illustrator living in Luxembourg.

Throughout my journey, I’ve experimented with all kinds of techniques, but my favorites are gouache and, currently, Copic markers. After many, MANY years of practice, I think I’ve finally found a style that feels right for expressing my ideas and thoughts. I love exploring emotions and existential voids, and sometimes I write too.

To those who have followed me for years, I can’t thank you enough ❤️ And to the new people joining, welcome to this little corner of the internet, run by someone completely obsessed with drawing, colour and art supplies!

1. Oak + chimney

As every October, I’m giving #peachoctober a try, keeping things as simple and easy as possible. Maybe this year I’ll make it through the whole month of sketches without October feeling endless or life getting in the way.

And if I don’t… that’s okay too. 🍂

I have some plans for October
