Sunday lunch at Robke’s in Northport with incredible company. The rain couldn’t keep us away 🍝.

The food was delicious, and the conversation was profound. We were all excited to connect and discuss the ways that we want to make a difference in our district that overlaps, and prepare for the upcoming election.

The momentum is real and we are making strides to a Suffolk County with strong leadership and better representation.

Let’s be clear about what this is: a coordinated political hit meant to drive me out of this race. This represents everything that is wrong with our politics today. The establishment clinging to power, mudslinging as a means of skirting accountability at the ballot box.

I’m proud of who I am. I won’t be shamed into silence – and I won’t allow my private life to be distorted and weaponized against me.

Happy National Aviation Day! ✈️

Aviation has taught me that leadership is about preparation, responsibility, and staying steady when the stakes are high. From serving as a Black Hawk pilot in the Army National Guard to working as an air traffic controller, I’ve learned to put the mission first when it matters most.

Those lessons have shaped my life of service and now my path to Congress. I’m ready to bring that same sense of duty, accountability, and service to the people of Long Island.

Service has always been my mission. Congress is the next chapter.

I’ve spent my life making decisions in high-pressure environments where staying calm isn’t optional and where the consequences of getting it wrong can be measured in lives.

As a Black Hawk pilot in the Army, I learned to lead under pressure. As an air traffic controller, I’ve helped safely guide thousands of people through our skies. As a volunteer firefighter, I’ve responded when my community needed help most. As a union leader, I’ve fought for working families and brought people together to solve difficult problems.

Every one of those experiences taught me the same lesson: leadership isn’t about seeking attention. It’s about taking responsibility, making tough decisions, and always putting the people you’re serving first.

That’s exactly how I’ll serve you in Congress.

Long Island deserves someone who has been tested under pressure, knows how to lead through uncertainty, and will never lose sight of who they’re fighting for.

I’m ready for that mission.

At the end of the day, my focus is always on Long Islanders. While Washington often gets caught up in distractions, the people I represent are dealing with real challenges right now—rising costs, the struggle to afford everyday essentials, and concerns about a world that feels increasingly unstable.

Long Island families deserve leaders who keep their priorities straight and never lose sight of home. If we learn from the past, we can make better decisions for the future. We need to stay grounded in the needs of the people we serve.

I’ll always fight to keep the focus where it belongs: on Long Island families.

I wanted to hop on here to talk about a post you may have seen from the president on the war in Iran following the deaths of 4 service members — because we can’t just sweep this under the rug.

Turning the deaths of American service members into a talking point is shameful. Every life lost in this war mattered. Their sacrifice mattered. And their families deserve more than having their loved one reduced to a statistic in a social media post from the president.

I put on the uniform at 17 years old to serve my country. Everyone that takes the oath does so knowing that they may make the ultimate sacrifice. We do it because we love this country.

My heart is with their families during this incredibly difficult time.

I answered the call because NY-01 deserves a representative who actually shows up.

Someone who listens, hosts regular town halls, and is accountable to the people they serve, not special interests.

My mission is simple: fight for a more affordable Long Island, protect our communities, and restore trust in government through transparency, accessibility, and real leadership.

I’ll never stop showing up for the people of NY-01 because that’s what public service is all about.

I was looking through old photos recently, and I couldn’t help but reflect on the journey that’s brought me here.

Looking back, I realized there has always been one constant in my life: service.

As a kid, I learned the value of hard work and teamwork through sports, and connecting with my team and community. As I grew older, I answered the call to serve my country in the Army National Guard, spent years helping keep our skies safe as an air traffic controller, and proudly served my community as a volunteer firefighter, always ready to answer the call.

None of those chapters were about recognition. They were about showing up. Doing the work. Being there when people needed me.

Today, that calling has led me here.

I’m running for Congress because I believe Long Island deserves leaders who put service before politics, people before special interests, and community before party.

Every photo tells a different story, but together they remind me of one thing:

I’ve never stopped answering the call to serve.

Congress is simply the next chapter in a lifetime of service, and the greatest opportunity I’ll ever have to fight for the people and communities that I love so much.
